Are you new to CrossFit? Try out our Free Intro Class Getting started at 13 Stripes CrossFit is easy. We offer a FREE Introductory class Saturday afternoon at 12:00 p.m. This class will begin with one of our trainers taking you through a warm-up and stretch, followed by a short instructional session on CrossFit. We will present you with a Workout of the Day (“WOD”) that is scaled to your skill level. The class will conclude with a short Q&A session. You can expect this class to last approximately 45-60 minutes. Don’t worry if a Saturday morning does not fit in your schedule as we will be more than happy to set up a private introduction at your convenience
