We offer two core programs. One of our core programs is based on Chang Hun Taekwondo but also includes karate, kickboxing, fitness, and the best of many styles of martial arts. They also include life skill lessons such as discipline, respect, perseverance, goal setting, and self-confidence. This allows our students to become not only great martial artists but also helps them be successful at home, school, work, and in the community. This program is for ages 3 on up. Our 2nd core program is our Mixed Martial Arts program this program is for ages 10 thru adult. Grand Master Morgan put the best of everything he has learned the past 40yrs into this program. MMA class includes boxing, kick boxing, self defense, knife defense, gun defense, bag work, submissions, jujit su, hapkido, goju ryu karate, shotokan karate, kempo karate, tae kwon do kicks, ground fighting and much, much more. This class is very physical and will get you in top shape. This class is taught in a very safe manner and anybody can do it.
