Arctic Heating & Cooling, Ltd has been in business since 1996. We are an Armstrong Air Comfort Team Dealer. We believe that this line is well designed, reliable, service friendly and affordable. Dennis Phillips is the owner/partner, as well as the installer/service tech for all jobs. He is state certified in HVAC and certified in refrigeration. He attends 40 plus hours of training classes throughout the year. His knowledge of HVAC has spanned over 22 years. Leona Phillips is the owner/partner, office manager and works in the field as a tech assistant as needed. This is a family owned business that takes pride and responsibility in their workmanship. Every job is installed per building code, installing a clean and neat looking job, custom fabricating ductwork, and leaving the job clean with all trash hauled away.
